摘要
采用有限元法对一款表贴式永磁同步电动机(PMSM)进行模态分析,建立电动机各部分结构如定子系统和转子系统的有限元模型。仿真得到各部分结构的径向模态振型及固有频率,分析各结构部件对电机固有频率的影响。并采用锤击法验证了有限元分析的准确性。试验结果表明,相对误差在5.5%以内,满足实际工程的需要,并为后续调整电机结构及改变固有频率提供了理论依据。
The model analysis on the surface-mounted PM synchronous motor (PMSM)was carried out by the finite element method and the each part of construction such as stator's and rotor's finite element model was established.Vibration mode of the radial model and fixed fre- quency of each part were achieved by the simulation,the ac- curacy of the FEM analysis was verified by the hammering method.The test result showed the relative tolerance within 5.5%,providing the theoretical evidence for the subsequent construction adjustment of motors and changes of the fixed frequency.
