大容量空冷150 MW级发电机定子机座振动优化设计

摘要 在设计阶段,采用A NSYS有限元软件对发电机机座、铁心等建模并进行谐响应计算,针对仿真结果进行优化,综合选择出对结构设计、制造工艺等方面最合理的设计方案,保证了发电机的可靠运行。 The ANSYS FEA software was applied to establish the models of generator flame & iron steel and to calculate the related harmonic response as well. Optimizations against the simulation result was done while the best reasonable design programs in the fields of constructional design and manufacturing technology were selected, ensuring the reliable operation of the generator.
