CO_2点阵激光对豚鼠光老化模型优化治疗方案的初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察CO_2点阵激光的不同治疗参数作用于豚鼠皮肤光老化模型后,其表皮及真皮结构的变化情况,探讨CO_2点阵激光治疗光老化的最佳治疗方案。方法采用局部UVB照射的方法制备光老化豚鼠模型32只,分别运用CO_2点阵激光以高能量、低能量单频次、低能量双频次照射豚鼠局部皮肤,观察治疗后即刻及第4周皮肤大体情况、真表皮组织病理学形态、表皮厚度、真皮厚度及胶原纤维密度。结果经CO_2点阵激光治疗后,光老化豚鼠模型皮肤粗糙程度、皮肤弹性、皱纹深浅、组织病理学形态得到一定程度的改善,且表皮厚度降低、真皮厚度增加、胶原纤维密度增高,以高能量组及低能量双频次组疗效显著,低能量单频次组改善不明显。高能量组、低能量双频次组与低能量单频次组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),高能量组与低能量双频次组间比较无明显差异。结论高能量组及低能量双频次组与低能量单频次组相比,抗光老化效果显著。低能量双频次组与高能量组相比,治疗效果无明显差别,可作为CO_2点阵激光抗光老化治疗的优化治疗方案。 Objective To observe the changes of epidermis and dermis structure of guinea pigs treated with different therapeutic parameters of dot - matrix CO2 laser in skin photo - aging model of guinea pigs,and to explore the best treatment plan of laser treatment of photo - aging. Methods 32 guinea pigs with skin photo - aging model were prepared by local UVB irradiation. The local skin of guinea pigs was irradiated with high energy group,low energy single frequency group and low energy double frequency group by CO2 lattice. The general situation of skin,the pathological morphology of dermis,the thickness of epidermis and dermis and the density of collagen fibers were observed right away and the fourth week after treatment. Results After laser treatment,the skin roughness,skin elasticity, wrinkles and histopathology of guinea pigs were improved to a certain extent. The thickness of epidermis decreased,the thickness of dermis increased,the density of collagen fibers increased,and the most significant effect was observed with high - energy photo - aging group and low - energy single - frequency photo - aging group,but not with low - energy single frequency photo - aging group. There were significant differences between high energy group,low energy double frequency group and low energy single frequency group (P< 0. 05) . There was no significant difference between the high energy group and the low energy double frequency group. Conclusion Compared with the low - energy single - frequency subgroup,high - energy subgroup and low - energy sub - group show significant anti - light aging effect. There is no significant difference between the high - energy group and the low - energy dual - frequency group,which could be used as the optimization for CO2 laser anti - aging treatment programs.
