摘要
针对蜂窝芯零件数控加工装夹固持出现的效率低、稳定性差、成本高等问题,应用TRIZ理论及相应工具,对其工艺流程进行了系统功能分析,运用矛盾矩阵及创新原理,提出了一种新型的、更为经济的真空吸附装夹方式,并得到了成功的应用。
As technical issues,such as low efficiency,unsteadiness and high cost,of honeycomb clamping exist,this article uses TRIZ theory and related tools,applies system functional analysis on the engineering procedure and finds out a new and more economical clamping method using vacuum adsorbing by innovation tools of contradiction matrix and innovation principles,and this improvement has been successfully implemented in honeycomb core clamping.
