辽宁省地方标准全文公开系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Liaoning Provincial Local Standard Full-text Publicity System

为进一步贯彻落实深化标准化改革工作,本文设计并实现了辽宁省地方标准全文公开系统。通过该系统,社会公众可以对辽宁省地方标准进行查阅。系统通过将PDF文件转成图片,并将图片添加水印的方式实现了全文的公开。该系统在保护地方标准版权的同时,满足了公众对于地方标准文本的需要。

In order to further implement and deepen the standardization reform,this paper designs and implements the full-text publicity system of Liaoning provincial standards Through this system,the public can consult the local standards of Liaoning.The system has achieved the full text public by convert the PDF file watermark to the picture.While protecting local standard copyright,the system meets the standard texts.
