摘要
制样机主要是用于非金属材料标准样条制取的一种设备,具有操作简单、快速、方便且制得试样标准、尺寸稳定等特点。本文介绍了制样机的校准方法及测量结果的不确定度评定方法,分析了可能影响测量结果的各项不确定度分量,经过在实际工作中的应用,证明其满足工作要求。
The sampling machine is a kind of equipment used for making standard sample strips of nonmetallic materials,It has the characteristics of simple operation,fast,convenient and stable size.This paper introduces the calibration method of the prototype and the evaluation method of the,uncertainty of the measurement results,and analyses the uncertainties that may affect the measurement results.The application in practical work proves that it meets the requirements of the work.
