摘要
为保护承压设备在超压状态下运行安全,一般在设备的压力最高处设置安全阀,保证在超压状态时设备内工作泄压释放。本文介绍了安全阀的工艺计算,其中包括泄放量的确定、操作条件的确定和流道直径的计算,然后根据安全阀的操作条件、定压值、泄放量以及流道直径等参数选取合适的安全阀。
In order to protect the safety of pressurized equipment in operation under overpressure,safety valves are usually installed at the highest pressure of the equipment to ensure pressure relief in the equipment during overpressure.This paper introduces the process calculation of safety valve,which includes the determination of safety relief amount,the determination of operation condition and the calculation of flow diameter.According to the operation condition,constant pressure value,safety relief amount and flow diameter of safety valve ,the appropriate safety valve is selected
