甘蓝型油菜种子萌发期耐镉性分析及耐镉材料筛选 被引量:7

摘要 为研究镉对甘蓝型油菜幼苗的影响,筛选出耐镉品种,以35个不同遗传背景的甘蓝型油菜品系(种)为材料,用不同浓度(1、5、10 mg/L)镉进行胁迫处理。以相对发芽势、相对正常芽苗率、根长抑制率、苗长抑制率、苗鲜重抑制率和苗含水量抑制率六大指标,通过主成分分析和隶属函数分析科学评价不同甘蓝型油菜品系幼苗耐镉性。结果表明:随着镉处理浓度的增大,胁迫对大部分油菜种子的发芽势有促进作用,而成苗率呈下降趋势;幼苗的根长和苗长的抑制均呈上升趋势;苗鲜重和苗含水量呈下降趋势;综合评价筛选出耐镉品系(种)10个,其中品系C13095-6的镉耐性最强。本研究可为甘蓝型油菜品种耐镉性筛选和耐镉育种提供理论参考。 This study aims at the effects of cadmium on seedlings of rapeseed(Brassica napus L.) and the screening of cadmium tolerant lines(varieties). Taking 35 Brassica napus. L lines(varieties) from different genetic backgrounds as the materials, we carried out the stress treatments under different concentrations ofcadmium(1 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L), respectively; and determined 6 indexes including the relativegermination vigor, the seedling rate, the inhibition rate of root length, the inhibition rate of seedling height, theinhibition rate of seedling fresh weight and the inhibition rate of seedling water content, to evaluate thecadmium tolerance in different rapeseed lines(varieties) by using the principal component and subordinatefunction analysis. The results showed that: with the increase of cadmium concentration, cadmium stressenhanced the germination vigor of most rapeseed lines(varieties), but the seedling rates were inhibited; theinhibition rate of root length and seedling height were raised and the seedling fresh weight and seedling watercontent decreased. 10 lines(varieties) were selected by comprehensive assessment, among which the materialC13095-6 showed the strongest cadmium tolerance. This study provides a reference for screening and breeding of cadmium tolerant rapeseed lines(varieties).
