摘要
通过使用超临界CO_2热泵技术对PVC脱盐水进行降温,提高了单釜产能,尤其是在夏季循环水温度高、聚合釜撤热困难的情况下提出了可行的解决方案。
Through the use of supercritical CO2 heat pump technology to cool down the desalted PVC water, the capacity of single reactor is improved,especially in summer when the circulating water temperature is high and the polymerization reactor is difficult to remove heat,the feasible solution is innovatively proposed, and considerable economic and environmental benefits are created.
