从“风-络脉-玄府”论治慢性肾风

Treatment of Chronic Kidney Wind with Theory of “Wind-Collateral-Xuanfu”

慢性肾小球肾炎属中医"慢性肾风"范畴,从"风-络脉-玄府"层面论述慢性肾风的中医"因、机、证、治"。风扰肾络是本病发病的首要因素,湿热瘀毒、痹阻肾络是本病重要的病理演变,肾络痹阻、玄府开阖失司乃本病的病机本质;治疗强调病、证、症三辨相合,倡导"肾风从风论治"的治疗大法,临床当酌用风药,以辛通玄,祛邪通络,标本兼顾。

Based on theroy of "wind-collaterals-Xuanfu",this paper discusses the "cause,machinsm,syndrome,and treatment" of chronic glomerulonephritis,which is chronic kidney wind in traditional Chinese medicine.Kidney collaterals disturbed by wind evil is the primary factor in the incidence of this disease.Kidney collaterals stagnated by dampness,heat,blood and poison is the important pathological evolution.The essence of the pathogenesis is the stasis of kidney collaterals and the dysfunction of Xuanfu.Therefore,the treatment emphasizes differentiation of disease,syndrome and symptoms and proposes that "the kidney wind can be treated from wind".It is suggested that we should drugs for treating wind and open Xuanfu with pungent drugs and dredge the kidney collaterals by dispelling evil to address both the symptoms and root causes.
