摘要
自噬作用参与了多种恶性肿瘤疾病的发生和发展,调控肿瘤细胞的自噬可能成为防治肿瘤疾病的主要靶点之一。该文通过分析细胞自噬在恶性肿瘤的发生机制,探讨自噬调控与中医“正虚邪实”的关系,进一步揭示恶性肿瘤“正虚邪实”的病机特点及“扶正祛邪法”治疗恶性肿瘤的作用机制,为肿瘤疾病防治的临床应用和研究提供新思路、新方法。
Autophagy is involved in the occurrence and development of many malignant tumor diseases,and the regulation of autophagy in tumor cells may be one of the main targets for the prevention and treatment of tumor diseases.This paper summarizes the autophagy and malignant tumor of the analysis to explore the relationship between autophagy and the theory of "healthy Qi and pathogenic factor excess" in traditional Chinese medicine.Fuzheng Quxie treatment provides new ideas and methods for the clinical application and research of the prevention and treatment of tumor diseases.
