中医养生疗法防治高脂血症的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of TCM Regimen in Prevention and Treatment of Hyperlipidemia

目的:分析中医养生疗法防治高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2016年6月-2018年6月该院收治的高脂血症患者60例,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为两组,即辛伐他汀治疗组和辛伐他汀治疗基础上中医养生疗法治疗组(中医养生疗法组),每组30例,辛伐他汀治疗组患者接受辛伐他汀治疗,中医养生疗法组患者接受辛伐他汀治疗基础上中医养生疗法治疗,然后统计分析两组患者的血脂指标水平、临床疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的TG、TC、LDL-C水平均显著较低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平均显著较高(P<0.05);治疗后和辛伐他汀治疗组相比,中医养生疗法组患者的TG水平显著较低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著较高(P<0.05),但两组患者的TC、LDL-C水平之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。中医养生疗法组患者治疗的总有效率90.0%(27/30)显著高于辛伐他汀治疗组63.3%(19/30)(P<0.05)。结论:中医养生疗法防治高脂血症的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of TCM regimen in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods:Sixty cases of patients with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,namely,simvastatin treatment group and TCM regimen therapy on the basis of simvastatin treatment group(TCM regimen therapy group),30 cases in each group.The simvastatin treatment group were given simvastatin treatment,while the TCM regimen therapy group were given TCM regimen therapy on the basis of simvastatin treatment.Then the blood lipid indexes levels and clinical effects of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:Compared with before treatment,the TG,TC and LDL-C levels of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05) and the HDL-C levels were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the simvastatin treatment group,the TG level of the TCM regimen therapy group was significantly lower(P<0.05) and the HDL-C level was significantly higher(P<0.05).But the differences of TC and LDL-C levels between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the TCM regimen therapy group [90.0%(27/30)] was significantly higher than that of the simvastatin treatment group [63.3%(19/30)](P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM regimen is effective in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.
