芪参归龙饮治疗慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症的临床疗效及对患者心功能、血脂、血压指标的影响

Effect of Qishen Guilong Drink on Chronic Heart Failure with Hyperlipidemia and Its Effect on Heart Function,Serum Lipid and Blood Pressure

目的:探讨芪参归龙饮治疗慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症的临床疗效及对患者心功能、血脂、血压指标的影响。方法:选择2015年8月1日—2018年7月31日于本院就诊的100例慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组在常规治疗基础上口服阿托伐他汀钙进行降脂治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用芪参归龙饮,两组持续治疗45d。观察治疗前后两组患者心功能、心动图参数、血压及血脂指标水平变化情况,并评估临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗前的LVEDD、LVESD及LEVF对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组LVEDD及LVESD水平低于对照组,LEVF水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的心率、QT离散度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的心率、QT离散度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的舒张压、收缩压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率94.00%(47/50)高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪参归龙饮在慢性心力衰竭合并高脂血症的临床治疗中应用效果显著,能有效改善患者血脂、血压指标水平及心功能,增强临床治疗效果,改善疾病预后。

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Qishen Guilong Drink on patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hyperlipidemia and its influence on cardiac function,blood lipid and blood pressure.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with chronic heart failure and hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.All the patients were divided into control group and observation group using random number table method,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received atorvastatin calcium orally on the basis of routine treatment for lipid-lowering treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Qishen Guilong Drink on the basis of the control group,and the two groups were treated for 45 days.The changes of heart function,cardiogram parameters,blood pressure and blood lipid level before and after treatment were observed in two groups of patients,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference in LVEDD,LVESD or LEVF between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the LEVF level was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate or QT dispersion between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,heart rate and QT dispersion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol or triglyceride between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol or triglyceride levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 94.00%(47/50) which was higher than 80.00%(40/50) of control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qishen Guilong Drink in the treatment of chronic heart failure with hyperlipidemia has significant clinical effect and can effectively improve the level of lipid,blood pressure and cardiac function,enhance clinical treatment and improve disease prognosis.
