紫地榆不同溶剂提取物对牛切牙脱矿及再矿化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨紫地榆不同溶剂提取物对牛切牙抗酸脱矿、再矿化作用的影响。方法:分别用不同浓度的紫地榆提取物(乙醇、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇)、20mg/LNaF和去离子水浸泡牛切牙48h后,将牙齿粉碎过20目放入脱矿液中,控制pH为4.00,用自动点位滴定仪每隔10min向溶液中滴加99.39mmol/LHAc溶液,记录加入量,HAc的加入量与时间的关系曲线即为紫地榆不同提取物提取物、20mg/LNaF和去离子水牙粉的脱矿动力学曲线;分别用不同浓度的紫地榆提取物、20mg/LNaF和去离子水浸泡牙粉后,放入再矿化液中,控制pH为7.40,自动电位滴定仪每10min向再矿液中滴加浓度7.574mmol/L的KOH,记录加入量,KOH溶液的加入量和时间的关系曲线即为紫地榆不同提取物、20mg/LNaF和去离子水牙粉的再矿化动力学曲线。结果:紫地榆不同溶剂提取物对牛切牙抗酸、再矿化作用具有不同程度的影响。结论:紫地榆不同溶剂提取物对牛切牙具有抗酸脱矿及再矿化作用。 Objective:To study the effect of different extracts of Geranium strictipes R.Kunthon acid desorption and remineralization of bovine incisors.Methods:After 48 h of immersion of bovine incisors with different concentrations of Geranium strictipes R.Kunthon extract(Ethanol,ethyl acetate and n-butanol),20 mg/L NaCl or deionized water,the teeth were crushed by 20 mesh,placed in the demineralized solution.Controlling pH of 4.00,automatic point titrator every 10 min to the solution of 99.39 mmol/L HAc solution.We recorded the amount of adding.The amount of HAc and the time curve were the demineralization kinetics curve of the extract of different extracts of Geranium strictipes R.Kunth,20 mg/L NaF and deionized water.After immersingof bovine incisorswith different concentrations of Geranium strictipes R.Kunthon,20 mg/L NaCl or deionized water,the teeth were crushed,placed in the demineralized solution.Controlling pH of 7.40,automatic point titrator every 10 min to the solution of 7.574 mmol/L KOH solution.We recorded the amount of adding.The relationship between the addition amount and the time of KOH solution was the remineralization curve of the different extracts of Geranium strictipes R.Kunth,20 mg/L NaF and deionized water.Results:The effects of different extracts on the acid and remineralization of bovine incisors had different effects.Conclusion:Different extraction of Geranium strictipes R.Kunthhad the effect of acid desorption and remineralization of bovine incisors.
