两种三联药行耳周穴注射治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效比较

A Comparative Study on Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Injection to Neurogenic Tinnitus with Two Different Ways of Drugs Combination

目的:比较两种三联药行耳周穴注射治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法:将100例神经性耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例,治疗组用丹参注射液+利多卡因注射液+弥可保注射液,对照组用红花注射液+天麻素注射液+维生素B12注射液,比较两组在15 d后的疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为75.0%,对照组有效率为69.9%;病程与疗效有明显相关性,病程越短,疗效越好;年龄与疗效有相关性,年龄越小,疗效越好。结论:治疗组的疗效优于对照组,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。

Objective:To compare the efficacy in treating neurogenic tinnitus with two different ways of three drugs combination.Methods:Fifty cases diagnosed as neurogenic tinnitus underwent acupoint injection with Danshen Injection and Lidocaine Injection and methycobal injection (treatment group),while another 50 cases underwent with Honghua Injection and Gastrodin Injection and vitamin B12 injection (control group).After 15 days,the efficacy was retrospectively analyzed.Results:The efficacy of treatment group was 75.0%,while the control group's 69.9%.The pathogenesis and efficacy were significantly correlated.The shorter the course,the better the curative effect.Age is associated with efficacy.The younger the age,the better the effect.Corwlusion:Both methods had a healing effect in treating neurogenic tinnitus,but there was no statistically significant difference between them(P>0.05).
