摘要
推导了项目中使用的改进PID公式并与标准公式进行比较,改进公式具有防止测量值和设定值变化造成控制器输出突变的作用。分析了改进的串级控制方案,改进后具有防止积分饱和的作用。由于项目中使用了不同的一、二层DCS平台,因此提出了改进的PID控制方案,解决了一、二层接口问题。上述方案已在方家山、福清、昌江核电站共计8台机组DCS项目中得到验证。通过对改进PID控制方案的说明,为上述项目的设计、维护和改造提供参考。
The improved PID formula used in the project is derived and compared with the standard formula. The improved formula has the function of preventing the output of the controller from abrupt change due to the change of the measurement and the set point. The improved cascade control scheme is analyzed,which has the effect of preventing integral windup. Due to the use of different level 1 & 2 of DCS platform in the project,an improved PID control scheme has been proposed to solve the level 1 & 2 interface problem. The program has been applied in a total of 8 units in Fangjiashan,Fuqing and Changjiang nuclear power plant DCS project. Through the explanation of the improved PID control scheme,it provides reference for the design,maintenance and transformation of the above projects.
