摘要
研制了一款新型通用数字多道脉冲幅度分析器。包括模拟调理电路和数字核脉冲信号处理器与微控制器。在16k道数字转换增益下,单脉冲幅度谱展宽后的FWHM均在2道以内,采用Na I(Tl)探测器实测137Csγ能谱,661.7 ke V处能量分辨率达到了6.89%。
The development of the nuclear pulse processing techniques is summarized.A universal digital multichannel analyzer is developed,including analog conditioning circuits and digital nuclear pulse processor and micro-processor.With the digital conversion gain set by 16384channels,the FWHM of the single line spectra is within 2channels through the whole range,and the resolution of the NaI (Tl)γ spectra is 6.89%@661.7keV.
