高校综合评价录取的衔接:从生源竞争到科学选才

作为高等教育人才评价与选拔的新模式,综合评价录取是对现行高考统招录取的重要补充。与高考统招录取形式相比,综合评价录取建立起了"综合评价"招生新模式、推进了"两依据一参考"的录取新机制、适应了"按专业投档"的招考新形式、带动了"高校为主体"的招生新格局。综合评价录取可以促进高校人才培养与社会人才需求的有效衔接、引领高等教育和基础教育的有效衔接、推动高考招生工作与高校人才培养的有效衔接。但此模式仍需不断改进,进一步优化招生工作理念、突出高校在录取工作中的主体地位、建立招生工作与学科专业发展互促机制、提升人才选拔的规范化水平。

However,this model still needs continuous improvement,and it is necessary to optimize the concept of enrollment work,further enhance the main position of colleges and universities in the admissions work,establish a mechanism for mutual promotion of enrollment work and discipline professional development,and improve the standardization level of talent selection.
