摘要
班级管理有"积极班级管理"和"消极班级管理"之分,前者是指教师采取积极的管理方式促进学生形成良好的行为习惯和道德品质,其基本表现是在问题行为出现前就加以禁止,后者是指教师采取消极的管理方式以防止学生形成不良的行为习惯和道德品质,其基本表现是等问题行为出现后再进行教育引导。消极班级管理是班级管理的重要组成部分,它具有积极班级管理不具备的功能,如有助于道德品质深刻性的提升、学生理性精神的成长以及学生天性的发展等。为实现消极班级管理的积极价值,教师应树立全面的管理观念;创设整体优化的班级环境;让学生自主地行动;对学生的问题行为采取自然后果法等。
Class management can be divided into "active class management" and "negative class management". Active class management means teachers take active measures to enable students to form good behavior and moral character. The basic performance is that bad behavior should be prohibited before it appears.Negative class management refers to take negative measures to prevent students develop bad habits and moral quality;its basic performance is that teacher guides students after their bad behavior appears. Negative class management is an important part of class management and it has the function that active class management does not have. Negative class management can enhance the moral quality,cultivate students’ rational spirit and promote the development of students’ nature. In order to take the negative class management into practice,teachers should establish a comprehensive management idea,create a fully optimized class environment,give more freedom to students,and use natural consequence method to students’ misconduct.
