智力障碍语言迟缓儿童数码听觉统合训练效果观察

Effects of digital auditory integration training on children with mental retardation and delayed speech

摘要 目的数码听觉统合训练(auditory integration training,AIT)对小儿注意力、交流意识和情绪等均有一定改善效果,本研究探讨AIT对智力障碍伴语言迟缓儿童语言功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2014-07-01-2017-06-30郑州大学附属儿童医院儿童康复科收治的114例智力障碍伴语言迟缓患儿临床资料,常规语言训练治疗者纳入对照组(n=57),常规语言训练联合AIT治疗者纳入观察组(n=57)。通过修订学前儿童语言障碍评量表(revised-scale for the assessment of language disorders in pre-school children,R-SALDPC)和Gesell发育诊断量表(gesell developmental schedules,GDS),分别比较治疗前及治疗3个月后两组语言功能和神经发育情况。分析治疗3个月后两组脑血流灌注异常情况。结果治疗3个月后,观察组R-SALDPC评分为(53.6±8.3)分,高于对照组的(49.4±7.8)分,t=2.784,P=0.006;GDS评分为(53.5±10.9)分,高于对照组的(48.6±10.2)分,t=2.478,P=0.015。观察组额叶、颞叶、顶叶、枕叶及其他部位脑血灌注异常率均明显低于对照组,均P<0.05。结论 AIT改善智力障碍语言迟缓患儿语言功能效果确切,对其预后疾病转归有利。 OBJECTIVE Auditory integration training(AIT)can improve children’s attention,communication awareness and emotion,to explore the effects of AIT on language function in children with mental retardation and delayed speech.METHODS A total of 114 cases of children patients with mental retardation and delayed speech were selected for the study from July 1,2014 to June 30,2017.They were divided into observation group and control group with 57 cases in each group.Control group was only given regular language training,and observation group was treated with AIT on this basis.The language function[revised-scale for the assessment of language disorders in pre-school children(R-SALDPC)]and neurodevelopment status[gesell developmental schedules(GDS)]were compared between two groups before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Differences in cerebral blood perfusion abnormalities were analyzed in the two groups after 3 months of treatment.RESULTS After 3 months of treatment,the R-SALDPC score with(53.6±8.3)points in the study group was higher than that in the control group with(49.4±7.8)points,t=2.784,P=0.006.The GDS score with(53.5±10.9)points was higher than that in the control group with(48.6±10.2)points,t=2.478,P=0.015.The abnormal rates of cerebral blood perfusion of frontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe,occipital lobe and other parts in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,all P<0.05.CONCLUSION AIT has exact effects on improving the language function of children patients with mental retardation and delayed speech,and it is favorable for the prognosis of disease.
