摘要 针对煤矿中主扇风机监控系统过于简单、关键参数监测精度低、监测参数不完整、未与调度中心信息系统集成等问题,基于S7-200系列可编程序控制器设计了煤矿主扇监控系统。介绍了这一监控系统的硬件和软件,给出了监控程序。这一监控系统可以实现煤矿主扇各类关键参数的实时监测,并根据设定要求对主扇风量进行自动控制,达到无人值守的生产要求。 Aiming at the issues such as simple function of monitoring system for main fan in the coal mine,low monitoring accuracy of key parameters, incomplete monitoring parameters, and no integration with the information system of the control center, a monitoring system for main fan in the coal mine was designed based on S7-200 series PLC. The hardware and software of this monitoring system were introduced, and the monitoring program was given.This monitoring system can realize real-time monitoring of various key parameters of the main fan i n the coal mi ne with auto-control of the a r flow from mai n fan accordi ng to the preset requi rements to achi eve unattended production requirements.
