摘要
利用组织行为学中激励的基本原理,分析建立企业激励机制的必要性。通过全面激励、个体差别激励、薪酬体系、考核体系和职业生涯管理五个方面来探讨企业激励机制的实施途径,并提出建立企业激励机制需要完善的三个问题,实现企业与员工双赢。
The basic principles of incentives in organizational behavior were used to analyze the necessity of establ i shment of corporate i ncenti ve mechani sm. The i mpl ementati on approach of corporate i ncenti ves was expl ored through five aspects i.e. comprehensive incentives, individual differential incentives, compensation systems,assessment systems and career management whi I e putti ng forward three poi nts that need to be perfected to establ i sh a corporate incentive mechanism and achieve a win-win situation between enterprises and employees.
