补肾助育方治疗肾阳亏虚型死精子症

Bushen Zhuyu Decoction in Treatment of Dead Sperm Symptom Caused by Deficiency of Kidney Yang

目的:观察补肾助育方治疗肾阳亏虚型死精子症的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的肾阳亏虚型死精子症患者74例,按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组37例采用补肾助育方治疗,对照组37例采用右归胶囊治疗。12周后分别记录两组患者临床疗效、死精子率及精浆α-葡糖苷酶、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide orgotein dismutase,SOD)含量。结果:治疗组有效率为83. 78%;对照组有效率为56. 76%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组治疗后死精子率较治疗前降低,且治疗组显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。两组治疗后精浆中α-葡糖苷酶与SOD含量较治疗前升高,且治疗组显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:补肾助育方可明显提高肾阳亏虚型死精子症患者临床疗效,降低死精子率,增加精浆中α-葡糖苷酶和SOD的含量。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuyu Decoction in treatment of dead sperm symptom caused by deficiency of kidney yang. Methods: 74 patients with dead sperm symptom caused by deficiency of kidney Yang who met the diagnostic criteria were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 37 patients in the treatment group were treated with Bushen Zhuyu Decoction,and 37 patients in the control group were treated with Yougui Capsule. After 12 weeks,the clinical efficacy,the rate of dead sperm and the contents of seminal plasma α-glucosidase and superoxide orgotein dismutase ( SOD) were recorded. Results: The effective rate of the treatment group was 83. 78%,and the effective rate of the control group was 56. 76%. The effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . The difference in efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . The rate of dead sperm in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group ( P < 0. 05) . The levels of α-glucosidase and SOD in the seminal plasma of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Bushen Zhuyu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with kidney-yang deficiency type of dead sperm symptom,reduce the rate of dead sperm,and increase the content of α-glucosidase and SOD in seminal plasma.
