疏肝解郁汤联合电子生物反馈疗法对大面积脑梗死后抑郁症患者负性情绪的影响

Effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction Combined with Electronic Biofeedback Therapy on Negative Emotion in Patients with Depression After Large-Area Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察疏肝解郁汤联合电子生物反馈疗法对大面积脑梗死后抑郁症患者负性情绪的影响。方法:116例大面积脑梗死后抑郁症患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各58例。对照组给予常规康复治疗和电子生物反馈疗法,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予疏肝解郁汤。比较两组患者临床疗效,正性负性情绪量表(the positive and negative affect scale,PANAS)评分,治疗1个月、3个月后加拿大神经功能评分量表(Canadian neurological function rating scale,CNS)评分。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组有效率为91. 38%,对照组为74. 14%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗3个月后,两组患者正性情绪评分高于治疗前(P <0. 05),且观察组治疗后评分高于对照组治疗后(P <0. 05);两组负性情绪评分均低于治疗前(P <0. 05),观察组治疗后评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗1个月后、3个月后,两组CNS评分均低于治疗前(P <0. 05),且观察组治疗后评分低于对照组治疗后(P <0. 05)。结论:疏肝解郁汤联合电子生物反馈能提高大面积脑梗死后患者抑郁治疗效果,有助于减少患者负面情绪,促进其神经功能恢复。

Objective: To observe the effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction combined with electronic biofeedback therapy on negative emotion in patients with depression after large-area cerebral infarction. Methods: 116 patients with depression after large-area cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The observation group was given conventional rehabilitation therapy and electronic biofeedback therapy,and the observation group was given Shugan Jieyu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,the positive and negative affect scale ( PANAS) score, Canadian neurological function rating scale ( CNS) scores after 1 month and 3 months of treatment of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: After 3 months of treatment,the effective rate was 91. 38% in the observation group and 74. 14% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . After 3 months of treatment,the positive emotion scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment ( P < 0. 05) , and the scores of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05) . The negative emotion scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment ( P < 0. 05) , and the scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05) . After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the CNS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment ( P < 0. 05) , and the scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Shugan Jieyu Decoction combined with electronic biofeedback can improve the treatment of depression after large-area cerebral infarction,which can help reduce negative emotions and promote the recovery of neurological function.
