Rongji Yizhi Granule in Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease

目的:观察蓉戟益智颗粒治疗阿尔茨海默病患者的临床疗效。方法:30例阿尔茨海默病患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐分散片,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予蓉戟益智颗粒。治疗后,比较两组患者临床疗效、日常生活活动能力评定量表评分和简易精神状态检查量表评分。结果:对照组有效率为46. 67%,观察组为66. 67%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前,两组患者简易精神状态检查量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后,观察组简易精神状态检查量表评分为(23. 45±1. 45)分,对照组为(19. 67±1. 58)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗前,两组患者日常生活活动能力评定量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗后,观察组日常生活活动能力评定量表评分为(40. 56±5. 58)分,对照组为(43. 97±5. 56)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:蓉戟益智颗粒治疗阿尔茨海默病临床疗效显著,且能显著改善患者症状。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Rongji Yizhi Granule in treatment of patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods: 30 patients with Alzheimer's disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given donepezil hydrochloride dispersible tablets,and the observation group was given Rongji Yizhi Granule on the basis of the control group. After treatment,the clinical efficacy,activity of daily living ability rating scale and simple mental state examination scale were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of the control group was 46. 67%,and that of the observation group was 66. 67%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant( Ρ < 0. 05) . Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in scores of simple mental state examination scale ( P > 0. 05) . After treatment, the scores of the simple mental state examination scale of the observation group were ( 23. 45 ± 1. 45) points,and those of the control group were ( 19. 67 ± 1. 58) points. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of activities of daily living activities between the two groups ( P > 0. 05) . After treatment,the scores of daily living activity assessment scale of the observation group were ( 40. 56 ± 5. 58) points, and the control group was ( 43. 97 ± 5. 56) points. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: Rongji Yizhi Granule has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and can significantly improve the symptoms of patients.
