老年期抑郁症患者抑郁水平与认知功能相关研究

A study on the relationship between depression level and cognitive function in elderly patients with depression

目的探讨老年抑郁症患者抑郁水平与认知功能的关系。方法选取46例在郑州市第八人民医院就诊的老年抑郁症患者,在治疗前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及简易智力测试量表(MMSE)对其进行评估。结果治疗4周末起,患者HAMD评分较治疗前持续降低(P<0.01);治疗8周末HAMD评分显著低于4周末。治疗4周末及治疗8周末,MMSE总评分、注意计算力、记忆力、回忆及语言能力评分较治疗前水平显著升高(P<0.01);定向力评分未见明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。抑郁症患者MMSE总评分随HAMD评分降低而升高。结论老年抑郁症患者抑郁症状影响患者认知功能,随着抑郁症状改善,认知功能改善。

Objective To explore the relationship between depression level and cognitive function in elderly patients with depression. Methods Selection of 46 cases of senile depression patients in our hospital,It was evaluated that with Hamilton depression scale( HAMD) and Mini-mental State Examination( MMSE) in the before and after treatment.Results 4 weekend treatment,HAMD scores in patients with decreasing than before treatment( P < 0. 01); Treatment of 8 HAMD score significantly lower than 4 weekend over the weekend. Treatment and treatment of 8 4 weekend weekend,MMSE total scores,pay attention to computing power,memory,memory,and language ability score than before treatment were significantly increased( P < 0. 01); Directional force score no significant statistical difference( P >0. 05). Depression in patients with MMSE total scores increased with HAMD score lower. Conclusion Cognitive function in patients with depressive symptoms of patients with senile depression,with depressive symptoms improve,improve cognitive function.
