网络社交平台在我国档案信息公开中的应用

随着计算机技术和通信技术的发展,网络媒体逐渐成为我国政府部门信息公开的重要方式之一。档案信息作为国家政府信息的重要组成部分,其网络公开形式的发展是国家现代化进程的具体体现。互联网社交平台对传统信息公开方式的补充和拓展,不仅适应政府职能的转变,也对公民的信息获取和政治参与有着重要影响。目前,我国基于网络载体的档案信息公开还存在着观念落后、法律缺失等问题。针对这一情况,将档案信息工作与互联网技术手段相结合,提出合理化改进措施,逐步确立和完善服务性互联网档案信息公开交互平台,是我国档案事业的迫切要求。

With the development of computer technology and communication technology,online media has gradually become the main method of information disclosure in all government departments in our country.Archives as an important part of the national government,the development of its open form of information network is a concrete manifestation of the process of national modernization.The supplement and expansion of the traditional way of information disclosure by Internet social platforms not only adapt to the change of government functions,but also have an important influence on citizens'access to information and political participation.However,at present,there are still some problems such as lack of infrastructure,backward concepts,lack of laws and so on.In response to this situation,it is an urgent requirement for archives in our country to combine the experience of foreign archives openness and the Internet technology with the disclosure of archival information in our country,put forward rationalization and improvement measures and gradually establish and improve the open interactive platform for service Internet archives information.
