基于“互联网+政务服务”的信息资源整合及运行机制研究

Research on Information Resource Integration and Operation Mechanism Based on "Internet + Government Affairs Service"

随着互联网的席卷,拥抱互联网进行政务服务已经成为各级政府必走之路,本研究分析了"互联网+政务服务"的信息资源的整合,其中最突出的问题是信息整合共享难和业务协同难;由此探索了"互联网+政务服务"的线下、线上以及线上+线下的三种运行机制;最后,本研究为政务服务提供了指导性建议。

The sweep of the Internet and the embrace of the Internet for government services have become a must-have for all levels of government. this study analyzes the integration of information resources of "Internet + Government Services",The most prominent thing through deep excavation is that information integration and sharing difficulties and business collaboration are difficult;Therefore,the three-line operation mechanism under the "Internet + Government Service" under the offline,online and online + offline is explored. Finally,this study provides guiding suggestions for the government service.
