摘要
针对地铁屏蔽门的故障问题,以上海申通地铁2号线屏蔽门控制系统为分析对象,设计了一种基于云服务的地铁屏蔽门状态远程监控与报警系统。系统以高性能,低功耗的STM32F103为主控制单元,分别采用卡斯柯的屏蔽门电压采集传感器、漏电流传感器和薄型摄像头获取控制屏蔽门工作的继电器的电压、电流和车地通信系统(TWC)信号,由RJ45网口将获取的信息回传到远程监控中心平台。在Myeclipse平台上以Java语言开发了远程监控中心平台,通过调用ECharts API,实现数据信息的可视化、实时化,并将回传的信息保存到数据库中。
In order to solve the fault problem of platform shielded door of subway,control system of the platform shielded door of Shanghai Metro Line 2 is taken as the object of analysis,and a remote monitoring and alarm system of platform shielded door state based on cloud service is designed.The system uses high-performance and low power consumption STM32F103 as the main control unit,respectively,using Casco's shielded door voltage acquisition sensor,leakage current sensor and thin camera to obtain voltage,current and train wayside communication(TWC)signal of relay which control shielded door,through RJ45 network port,this information pass back to the remote monitoring center platform.On the Myeclipse platform,Java language is used to develop remote monitoring center platform,by calling ECharts API,visualization and the real-time of data information are realized, and returned information are saved in database.
