摘要 针对塔式起重机在工作过程中必须要监控其运行状况、获取其运行数据,以确保塔机系统安全运行的要求,设计了基于Zig Bee的塔机数据采集系统。系统采用模块化设计,通过数据采集模块、Zig Bee组网模块以及STM32终端模块实现对塔机的智能监控。针对Wi Fi对Zig Bee网络的电磁干扰,系统采用多信道检测的方法,优先选择受到Wi Fi信道分布影响最小的信道,使Zig Bee节点更高效地寻找可用信道。实验表明:系统具有快速组网、传感器实时发送数据以及界面显示等功能,能够有效降低干扰的影响,对塔式起重机的安全监控以及事故分析具有重要的实际意义。 Tower crane data acquisition system based on ZigBee is designed,aiming at requirement of running status monitoring,operation data obtaining,so as to ensure safe operation of the tower crane system.The system adopts modular design,through data acquisition module,ZigBee networking module and the STM32 terminal module to realize inteUigent monitoring of tower crane.Aiming at electromagnetic interference of WiFi on ZigBee network,system adopts multichannel detection scheme,which preferrs to select the channel that has the smallest effect by WiFi channel distribution,whichcan make the ZigBee node more efficiently find the available channel. Experiments show that the system has functions of fast networking,sensor real-time send data and interface display,it can also effectively reduce influence of interference.The research has important practical significance on safety monitoring and accident analysis of tower crane.
