摘要 叉车在物流作业中得到广泛的应用并受到市场的重视。对于叉车的维护和管理对智能化的要求越来越高。本文针对叉车远程管理的需求,提出一种基于物联网的智能叉车的远程诊断与维护系统方案,实现远程对智能叉车的状态监控、故障诊断,以及远程对叉车的维护和权限管理。该系统在工厂中得到良好的应用。 Forklift trucks have been widely used in logistics operations and have received the attention of the market.For the maintenance and management of forklifts,the requirements for intelligence are getting higher and higher.Aiming at the remote management requirements of forklifts,this paper proposes a remote diagnosis and maintenance system scheme of intelligent forklift based on Internet of Things, realizes remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of intelligent forklifts,and realizes remote maintenance and authority management of forklifts.The system has been well applied in the factory.
