摘要
该校准装置主要用于材料试验机位移和速度的校准。采用高精度线位移光栅传感器结合自主研发的位移速度测量仪对材料试验机的位移和速度进行校准。通过对该校准装置技术指标的不确定度评定可知,用它对材料试验机位移和速度进行校准是满足检定规程要求的。
The calibration device is mainly used for the calibration of the displacement and speed of the material testing machine.The displacement and speed of the material testing machine are calibrated by the high precision line displacement grating sensor and the self developed displacement velocity measuring instrument.Based on the calibration technique index uncertainty,verify that it meets the requirements of verification regulation.
