摘要
对一起KYN-28型中置开关柜带负荷拉闸事故进行了介绍与分析,确认事故因操动机构卡滞与底盘车连锁失效引起。同时提出了预防类似事故的技术措施。
An on-load switch-out failure in KYN-28 type central switch cabinet was introduced and analyzed.It was confirmed that this accident was caused by the stuck of the actuating mechanism and failed interlocking of the chassis.In the meantime,technical measures to prevent similar accidents were proposed.
