摘要
介绍了锰在钢中的作用与危害,从热力学、动力学,以及锰在电炉冶炼中的氧化过程等方面对钢水脱锰理论基础进行了论述。以冶炼生产超纯净30Cr2Ni4MoV转子钢为例,对电炉-精炼炉脱锰工艺进行了研究与实践,确认脱锰可以达到预定目标。
The role and harm of manganese in steel were introduced.The theoretical basis of demineralization of molten steel was discussed from the aspects of thermodynamics,kinetics,and oxidation process of manganese in electrosmelting.Taking the smelting and production of ultra-pure 30Cr2Ni4MoV rotor steel as an example,the research and practice of the demanganization process in the EF-LF smelting were conducted,and it was confirmed that the demanganization could reach the predetermined target.
