摘要
热轧带钢表面的氧化铁皮在冷轧和直接使用前一般需要通过酸洗除掉,其酸洗效果直接影响到冷轧及后续高附加值产品的表面质量。针对影响热轧带钢酸洗效果的因素进行了分析,认为氧化铁皮的结构和酸洗工艺参数的制定是影响热轧带钢酸洗效果的重要因素。本文从这两方面查找原因制定改进措施,取得较好的效果。
The oxidized scale of hot rolled strip steel is usually removed by pickling before cold rolling and direct use,and its pickling effect directly affects the surface quality of cold rolling and subsequent high value added products.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the pickling effect of hot rolled strip steel,it is considered that the structure of the oxidized scale and the formulation of pickling parameters are important factors affecting the pickling effect of hot rolled strip steel.The reason is found out from the two aspects in this article for the improvement measures to achieve better results.
