中国社区规划的研究进展

Review on the Study of Modern Architecture Creation in China

国家制度变革、技术理念创新、社会阶层重构以及围绕人本的社会活动,引起中国社区规划研究的形态多样,呈现出结构-功能、理性-参与和合作-沟通三种范式共存的多元化状态,在新型社会发展的背景下适时总结已有研究具有承上启下的关键作用。根据CNKI数据库中收录有关社区规划的1685篇期刊文献,利用CiteSpace软件以知识图谱为导向,可视化分析中国社区规划的演进脉络和研究热点,在逐渐深入认知的过程中探寻其发展演变和研究内容,了解"社区"这个具有物质空间和社会空间特征的地域单元,对于构建综合规划,解决社会经济发展中遇到诸多问题具有重要意义。

Influenced by the state system reform,technology innovation,social class reconstruction and humanism oriented activities,the study of modern architecture creation in China presents diverse forms.It is the key role of connecting the preceding and the following on summarize existing studies at new type society.This paper gives visualized analysis of the developing track and research hotspots,based on 778papers on modern architectural creations in the CNKI database and directed by the knowledge map of literature.It probes into the evolution and content of modern architecture study during the process of gradual penetration,in which way form clear and reasonable creation view of it.Besides,the paper aims provide references for construct cooperation betweenmaterial space and social relationship in the context of the diverting captical from productivity and consumption to social investment.
