西安经开区商品住区公共服务设施配置状况的调查与研究

Investigation and Research on the Allocation of Service Facilities in Commercial Residential Areas in Xi'an Economic Development Zone

本文调查研究了西安经济技术开发区2000年之后建设的商品住区的公共服务设施的配置现状,对住区公共服务设施,在配置类型、布局位置及配置方式进行了分析研究,归纳总结了住区公共服务设施配置存在的问题与特点,期望对今后住区公共服务设施的规划研究有一定的借鉴作用。

This paper investigates the current situation of the public service facilities of commercial residential areas after the construction of Xi'an Economic and Technological Devel- opment Zone since 2000,analyzes and studies the configuration type,layout position and configuration mode of residential public service facilities.The existing problems and characteristics of the public service facilities are expected to have some reference for the future planning of residential public service facilities.
