中英住宅性能体系评价比较的思考

Comparative Thinking of Performance Evaluation System Between China and Britain Residential

通过对《英国住宅品质评价指标系统》与我国《住宅性能评定技术标准》的对比分析,依据两者在组织类型、制定思路、评估对象、指标体系、评分点构成、评估方式及评估权重等方面的差异,对我国住宅性能评价体系存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出进一步完善我国一般住宅体系评价升级和填补保障性住宅评价体系的空白的一些相关参考性建议和探讨。

Through the comparison of the British Housing Quality Evaluation Indicators System and Ohina Housing Performance Evaluation of Technology Standard,This paper analyzed the differences in organizational type,formulate ideas,evaluation object,index system,score points, evaluation method and evaruation weight.Based on this,the problem existed in housing performance evaluation system of China are discussed in this paper,and it further put forward the some relevant reference and discussion that consummates our country housing system general evaluation to upgrade and fill the blank of the indemnificatory housing evaluation system.
