重视人工生物角膜移植手术的适应证选择及围手术期处理

人工生物角膜是猪角膜基质经过脱细胞等一系列处理而制成的板层角膜植片,其推广使用使得板层角膜移植材料匮乏状况有了较大改善。本文从治疗性和光学性板层角膜移植角度,阐述在开展人工生物角膜移植手术时须慎重把握手术适应证,并针对角膜病变深度、植片区域快速上皮化、术后免疫排斥反应及手术缝线等关键点,强调围手术期处理的重要性,以期临床顺利开展人工生物角膜移植手术,达到预期的手术效果。
