医养结合养老模式面临的困境及对策探讨

Research on the model of integrating medical care and pension service: dilemma and countermeasures

随着我国人口老龄化趋势的加剧,养老问题变得愈来愈严峻,探求新的养老模式成为理论界和实践界都密切关注的一个重要课题。在深入探讨和多方面的努力下,一种有病治病、无病休养、医疗和养老相融合的医养结合式新型养老模式开始出现。文章首先界定并解读了医养结合的内涵,进而对医养结合养老模式的现状进行了探析,随后对医养结合养老模式困境进行了透析。在此基础上,针对有关难题提出了对策建议,最后对医养结合养老趋势进行了展望。

With the surging trend of population aging,elderly care problems are becoming more and more serious. In this case,to explore a new pension model has become an important issue in both theoretical and practical circles. On the basis of in-depth studies and efforts,the new model of integrating medical care and pension service,which advocates medical care for the ill and nursing care for the healthy,emerges. This paper firstly defines and interprets the connotation of the new model,then analyzes the status quo and explores its dilemma. Whats more,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the related problems,and finally provides an outlook of such model in the future.
