象山县263例2型糖尿病患者疾病态度及影响因素分析

T2DM patients attitudes toward diabetes and its influencing factors: an analysis of 263 cases

目的:调查分析2型糖尿病患者对糖尿病疾病的态度及其影响因素,为做好临床护理工作提供依据。方法:选择2016年3-10月在象山县的263例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,应用一般情况调查表、中文版糖尿病知识量表(ADKnowl)、中文版糖尿病态度量表(DAS-3)对其进行调查。结果:2型糖尿病患者对疾病态度评分为(81.03±13.47)分,Logistic回归分析显示:性别、是否有并发症感觉、知识水平是影响2型糖尿病患者疾病态度的主要因素(R2=0.488,F=3.421,P≤0.001)。结论:2型糖尿病患者疾病知识、态度均处于较低水平,影响2型糖尿病患者对疾病态度的因素主要有性别、是否有并发症感觉、疾病知识水平等,糖尿病健康管理者应关注患者对疾病的态度状况,帮助患者树立慢性疾病以患者为中心的观念。

Objective To study the attitude and influencing factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus( T2 DM) patients,and to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods By convenient sampling method,263 patients with T2 DM were selected from the target population who were treated in Xiangshan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to October 2016. General conditions questionnaire,Chinese Audit of Diabetes Knowledge( ADKnowl),and Chinese Diabetes Attitude Scale third version( DAS-3) were adopted for the study. Results The average score of Chinese DAS-3 was 81. 03 ± 13. 47 points. Logistic regression analysis indicated that the related influence factors of attitude toward diabetes involved gender,whether there was a feeling of complication and the patient’s knowledge( R2= 0. 488,F = 3. 421,P≤0. 001). Conclusions Knowledge and attitude of T2 DM patients were relative low. Thus,diabetes health management should focus on attitude of the patients and help patients to establish a correct patient-centered attitude towards the disease.
