心梗患者创伤后成长现状及影响因素分析

Current status and influence factors of posttraumatic growth in patients with myocardial infarction

目的:调查120送入心梗患者的创伤后成长状况,并分析影响患者创伤后成长的相关因素。方法:采用回归性分析的方法,对2017年2月至2018年1月间温州医科大学附属第二医院120送入的151例心梗患者进行电话随访,采用创伤后成长量表、领悟社会支持量表、心理弹性量表分别调查心梗患者创伤后成长、领悟社会支持和心理弹性。结果:心梗患者PTGI评分为(65.74±16.81),男性患者(t=3.380,P<0.01)和已接受PCI手术的患者具有较高的创伤后成长(t=2.158,P<0.05);领悟社会支持中的其他支持(β=0.307,P<0.001)和心理弹性(β=0.273,P<0.001)是创伤后成长的重要影响因素。结论:120送入的心梗患者具有中等程度的创伤后成长,领悟社会支持和心理弹性是患者创伤后成长的重要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the current status and influence factors of posttraumatic growth in patients with myocardial infarction,and to provide theoretical references for intervention strategies to improve quality of life among patients with myocardial infarction. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of 151 patients with myocardial infarction who were sent to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University by ambulances from February 2017 to January 2018. The patients were interviewed by phone and The Posttraumatic Growth Inventory( PTGI),The Perceived Social Support Scale( PSSS),The 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale( CD-RISC-10) were adopted to assess the posttraumatic growth,perceived social support and resilience respectively. Results The PTGI scores were( 65. 74 ± 16. 81). The male patients( t= 3. 380,P < 0. 01) and those who had undergone percutaneous coronary intervention( PCI)( t = 2. 158,P < 0. 05) experienced higher posttraumatic growth. The awareness of other support embodied in perceived social support( β = 0. 307,P <0. 001) and resilience( β = 0. 273,P < 0. 001) were important influence factors of posttraumatic growth. Conclusions Moderate PTG was experienced by patients with myocardial infarction. Perceived social support and resilience were significant influence factors for posttraumatic growth.
