广东省2017年婚前医学检查服务利用及影响因素分析

Analysis on the utilization and influence factors of premarital medical examinations service in Guangdong province in 2017

目的分析广东省2017年婚检服务利用情况,并对影响婚前医学检查率的相关因素进行分析。方法对广东省21个地级市县(市、区)婚检机构覆盖率、平均每万结婚登记人数拥有的婚前医学检查服务人员、婚前医学检查率进行描述性分析,采用集中指数和集中曲线分析经济因素对婚检服务利用的影响。采用比较分析法将广东省2017年婚检服务资源配置与婚检服务利用分为六大类型。结果 2017年全省县(市、区)婚检机构覆盖率达92. 4%,平均每万结婚登记人拥有婚前医学检查服务人员17. 5人,婚前医学检查率为43. 8%。广东省2017年婚检服务利用的集中指数是0. 22。全省12个地市(57. 1%)婚前医学检查率低于全省平均婚前医学检查率,全省10个地市(47. 6%)婚检服务资源配置是不足的。12个婚检服务利用低的地市中有66. 7%的地市婚检服务资源配置不足,4个地市(19. 0%)婚检服务资源较充足/充足,但婚检服务利用低。结论经济水平并不是影响广东省婚前医学检查率的决定性因素,婚检服务资源配置是影响婚前医学检查率的一个重要因素。对于婚检服务资源配置较充足或充足而婚前医学检查率低的地级市,还应重点考虑其他因素对婚前医学检查率的影响。

Objective To analyze the utilization of premarital medical examinations (PME) service and factors that influence the PME rate in Guangdong.Method Descriptive analysis was used to descript county PME institutional coverage rate,the number of PEM personnel per 10000 marriages and PME rate in 21 metropolitan in Guangdong Province.Concentration index and concentration curve were adopted to analyze the economic factor on PME rate.The situation of PME service utilization and resources allocation was divided into six types through comparative analysis.Results In 2017,the county PME institutional coverage rate was 92.4%,the number of PEM personnel per 10000 marriages was 17.5 and the PME rate was 43.8%.The CI of PME service utilization among 21 metropolitan cities was 0.22.PME rate among 12(57.1%) cities was lower than the average rate of Guangdong Province.PME resources allocation among 10 cities(47.6%)was inadequate.66.7% cites were short of PME resources among 12 cities that have low PME rate.4 Cities (19.0%) have sufficient or adequate PME resources but low PME rate.Conclusion Economic level is not the decisive factor that influencing the PME rate.PME resources allocation is an important factor affecting PME rate.As for the cities with sufficient or adequate PME resources allocation but low PME rate,they need to consider for other important factors that influence PME rate.
