220号油膜轴承油破乳化性能的优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过考察基础油、破乳剂、水对油膜轴承油破乳化性能的影响,对油膜轴承油配方进行优化,并跟踪其在某钢厂摩根预精轧机组的应用,用于指导油膜轴承油的国产化替代。结果表明:采用Ⅱ+10与120BS基础油复配,加入1. 55%油膜轴承油复合剂、50 mg/kg破乳剂P3制得的220号油膜轴承油破乳化性能最佳,与工业循环水混合也可快速实现油水分离;优化后的220号油膜轴承油在某钢厂摩根预精轧机组使用1. 5年,油品性能依然保持稳定,破乳化性能较好,设备润滑状况良好,能够满足设备润滑要求。 The optimal formula was determined by investigating the effect of base oil,demulsifier and water on the demulsifying properties of oil -film bearing oil.And its application in Morgan pre -finishing mill was studied to guide the localization of oil-film bearing oil.The results show that the No.220 oil -film bearing oil with the best demulsifying performance is made from Ⅱ+10 and 120BS base oil,with 1.55%compound additives and 50mg/kg P3 demulsifier,and it can be separated quickly from industrial circulating water.After the application of the optimized No.220oil -film bearing oil for 1.5 years in the Morgan pre-finishing mill,the performance remains stable,with good demulsifying property,and the equipment is in good lubrication condition,which can meet the lubrication requirements of equipment.
