在用导热油闪点降低的原因分析及对策

Reason Analysis and Countermeasures of the Flash Point Reduction of the In-use Heat Transfer Oil

导热油长期在高温下运行,是一种安全油,闪点表征了导热油的闪燃倾向,是在用导热油质量监测的重要指标之一。在实际应用中,对于闪点出现明显变化的情况应予以重视,找出导致变化的根本原因,结合工厂实际生产情况进行临时处理或根本性整改,最终解决因闪点过低导致的安全隐患。文章从发现问题、解决问题、到持续跟踪检测验证推测的原因,历时5年,完成了一个典型的导热油在用油闪点降低的应用研究,望给予导热油同行经验参考。

As a security oil,the heat transfer oil is operated at a high temperature for a long time. The flash point characterizes the flashing tendency of the heat transfer oil,and it is one of the important indicators for the quality monitoring of the in-use heat transfer oil. In practical applications,for the case where the flash point changes significantly,attention should be paid to find out the root cause of the change,and carry out temporary treatment or fundamental rectification in combination with the actual production situation of the factory,and finally solve the safety hazard caused by the low flash point. From the discovery and solving of problems to continuous tracking and testing,and verification of the presumed reasons,this paper took 5 years to complete a typical application study of the flash point reduction of the in-use heat transfer oil. It gives a reference to the colleagues in the heat transfer oil industry.
