摘要 以低含氢硅油和烯丙基聚醚为原料,在氯铂酸/异丙醇催化剂作用下进行硅氢加成反应得到聚醚改性硅氧烷,然后将其与磷酸三丁酯进行复配,添加乳化剂、增稠剂等助剂,得到效率更高、性能稳定的复配消泡剂。研究了主要成分含量对消泡剂性能的影响,聚醚改性硅氧烷的最佳合成条件是:低含氢硅油∶烯丙基聚醚质量百分比为20%∶80%,反应温度为70~80℃,反应时间为5~6 h。复配消泡剂的最佳添加量为0. 01%~0. 1%。该复配消泡剂能很好地与涡轮机油相容,性能稳定,可以快速解决汽轮机油泡沫超标问题,不会对油品理化指标产生不良影响,消泡速度快,抑泡时间长。 Silicone polyether modified polysiloxane was synthesized by the addition reaction of low hydrogen content silicone and allyl polyether with hydro chloroplatinic acid/isopropyl alcohol catalyst. The more efficient and stable performance of compounding defoaming agent was prepared by mixing silicone polyether modified polysiloxane,tributyl phosphate,emulsion and thickener. The effects of different component contents on the properties of the defoaming agent were investigated. The optimal synthesis conditions of silicone polyether modified polysiloxane are as follows: the quality percentage of m( low hydrogen silicone oil) ∶ m( allyl polyether) is 20 % ∶ 80 %,the reaction temperature is 70 ~ 80 ℃,the reaction time is 5 ~ 6 h. The optimal dosage of compound defoaming agent is 0. 01 % ~ 0. 1 %. The compounding defoaming agent can be dissolved in turbine oil easily,and can eliminate quickly the excessive foam in turbine oil,with stable performances and long duration of inhibiting foam. It cannot impact on physical and chemical indexes of oil.
