Lessons of Transportation Modernization in Yangtze River Delta Region

长江三角洲地区交通发展水平整体处于全国前列,其交通发展经验对交通强国示范区建设和中西部地区交通发展具有借鉴意义。本文总结长三角地区交通发展取得的跨越式发展成就,阐述了长三角地区交通加快迈向现代化的8项关键因素,并从摆脱投资路径依赖、抢抓发展机遇、发挥市场决定性作用、重视创新环境建设等方面,给出交通强国示范区建设的建议。

The overall level of traffic and transportation development in the Yangtze River Delta is in the forefront of China. The lessons of transportation development are of great significance for the demonstration area construction of the traffic power, and for the development of the traffic in the central and western regions as well. This paper summarizes the great leap forward development achievements of traffic development in the Yangtze River Delta region. Further, 8 key factors are extracted as experience of transportation modernization in the area of Yangtze River Delta. Finally, from the aspects of getting rid of the investment path dependence, grabbing the development opportunities, playing the decisive role of the market, and attaching importance to the construction of the innovation environment, this paper puts forward some useful enlightenment to the construction of the traffic power demonstration area.
