盐酸氨溴索+抗生素联合在慢性支气管炎治疗中的应用研究

Application of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with antibiotics in the treatment of chronic bronchitis

目的探析盐酸氨溴索+抗生素在慢性支气管炎治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2017年1月～2018年1月我院呼吸科接诊的60例慢性支气管炎患者,采用隐匿数字随机法将其分为两组,各30例。两组患者均选择盐酸氨溴进行医治,研究组加用抗生素,比较治疗效果。结果研究组治疗优良率高于对照组,临床症状(咳嗽、咳痰、喘息)缓解时间早于对照组,药物副反应发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);随访半年,疾病复发率研究组低于对照组,但无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索+抗生素联合治疗慢性支气管炎效果佳、安全性高、起效快、复发率低,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of ambroxol hydrochloride plus antibiotics in the treatment of chronic bronchitis.Methods 60 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our respiratory department from January 2017to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each.Two groups of patients were selected for treatment of ammonia bromide,the study group plus antibiotics,compare the therapeutic effect. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the remission time of clinical symptoms (cough,sputum and wheeze)was earlier than that in the control group, and the incidence of side effects was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After six months follow-up, the recurrence rate of disease in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride combined with antibiotics is effective,safe, effective and low recurrence rate in the treatment of chronic bronchitis,which is worthy of popularization and application.
