加速康复外科及呼吸道护理在普外科围手术期的临床研究

Clinical study of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in Department of general surgery

目的研究加速康复外科在普外科围手术期的临床效果。方法随机选取2016年8月~2018年8月白银市第二人民医院普外科手术患者120例,采用SPSS 21.0将入组患者按先后序列号(1~60)随机分为常规传统治疗组(60例)及加速康复外科治疗组(60例),统计分析两组患者的术后下床活动时间、进食时间、排气时间、排便时间、住院时间及住院费用、术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度、生活质量。结果加速康复外科治疗组患者的术后下床活动时间、进食时间、排气时间、排便时间、住院时间均显著短于常规传统治疗组(P<0.05),住院费用显著低于常规传统治疗组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率3.3%(1/30)显著低于常规传统治疗组13.3%(4/30)(P<0.05),护理满意度96.7%(29/30)显著高于常规传统治疗组70.O%(21/30)(P<0.05),生活质量评分显著高于常规传统治疗组(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科在普外科围手术期的临床效果好。

Objective To study the clinical effect and respiratory care of fast track surgery in Department of general surgery during perioperative period.Methods 60patients with general surgery in Balyin Second People's Hospital from August 2016to August 2018were randomly selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to their serial numbers (1~60)by SPSS 21.0,one group was routine basic nursing intervention group (30 cases),the other group was accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing group (accelerated)based on routine basic nursing intervention.Rehabilitation surgery nursing group,30cases,statistical analysis of the two groups of patients after the operation time to get out of bed,eating time,exhaust time,defecation time,hospitalization time and hospitalization costs,postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction,quality of life.Results The time of getting out of bed,eating time,exhaust time,defecation time and hospitalization time in the accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing group were significantly shorter than those in the routine basic nursing intervention group (P<0.05),the hospitalization cost was significantly lower than that in the routine basic nursing intervention group (P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was 3.3%(1/30)significantly lower than that in the routine basic nursing intervention group (P<0.05).In the routine basic nursing intervention group,13.3%(4130,P<0.05),nursing satisfaction was 96.7%(29/30)significantly higher than that in the routine basic nursing intervention group 70.0%(21130,P <0.05),and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the routine basic nursing intervention group (P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of fast track surgery in Department of general surgery is good.
