Analysis of the positive influence of new-media on doctor-patient relationship

摘要 目的我国当前医患关系紧张态势突出,随着新媒体环境对社会影响的逐步深刻,医患关系的表现方式也随之发生变化,本研究旨在了解我国当前新媒体环境对医患关系的正面影响因素及趋势。方法通过对近5年相关文献的研究分析,归纳出当前医患关系现状,以及新媒体环境下医患关系呈现出的新型特点,分析出新媒体对医患关系产生的正面影响作用。结果基于新媒体技术的互联网医疗平台快速发展与建设,打破了传统医疗活动模式时空的局限,与此同时,自媒体的日益兴起提升了公民的健康意识,打破了医患之间的信息壁垒,带动医患关系的正向发展,加之近年来,新媒体对医患关系的柔化报道,也成为医患矛盾"暖冰"的催化剂。结论新媒体为医患关系的正向发展提供了契机,同时为"看病难"这一社会顽症提供了新的解决思路与方法,对缓解我国社会紧张的医患关系具有深远意义。 OBJECTIVE The purpose is to understand the positive factors and trends of the current new-media environment on doctor-patient relationship in China.METHODS Based on the analysis on the related literature in the recent five years,we summed up the present situation and the new characteristics of the current doctor-patient relationship,and analyzed the positive influence the new-media on doctor-patient relationship.RESULTS The development and construction of the Internet medical platform based on the new-media technology break through the temporal and spatial limit of the traditional medical models,as the increasing booming of we-media improves the public health consciousness,bridges the information gap and leads a positive relations between the doctors and patients.In addition,reports from new-media in a mild way become the promoter breaking the icy relationships between doctors and patients.CONCLUSIONS The newmedia provides an opportunity of progression of doctor-patient relationship.At the same time,it provides a new solution for social problem that it is difficult to get medical service,and has profound significance to relax strained doctor-patient relationship.
